The process -Quotes, Education, & Scheduling

Our consultation process is different. We want to be considerate of your time as well as our physician's. It benefits no-one to pay for a consultation only to find out that you wont be moving forward with surgery due to price, scheduling, or other simple items. 90% of our patients book their surgery and pay their surgical deposit on their consultation day. Why? Because we give you all the information before your consultation including ballpark price of your surgery. There is truly no obligation, cost, or pressure to our pre-consultation process. If you have any interest in taking that step towards feeling confident, we suggest booking a consultation. Here is how our process works:

1) Call, text, or schedule online.

2) We will collect a consultation fee or your insurance information. (if it's an insurable procedure)

This fee is 100% refundable if you opt not to move forward with your consultation. (see #3)

3) One of our amazing Patient Care Coordinators will jump on the phone or arrange a pre-consultation call where we will:

A) Establish your areas of concerns and goals with seeking treatment.

B) Review our list of surgeons, their accolades, and personal styles to find you your perfect fit.

C) Suggest surgical options to meet your goals with a complete chronological procedure explanation of each.

D) Provide ball park pricing for surgery.

E) Confirm consultation, level of interest, and ability to book at consultation.

We will refund you your consultation fee if you are not a good fit or if you want to cancel for any reason.

4) Your consultation will now be less about cost and more about your care. You will absolutely love being able to focus on understanding your surgical plan rather than worrying about price.

5) Following your consultation, your Patient Care Coordinator will help you pick the perfect surgery date and accept your surgical deposit.

1) Pre Consultation Phone Call (before your consultation)

2) Consultation (date of your choice)

3) Reevaluation "Pre-Op" (2 to 7 days before your surgery)

4) Surgery day (date of your choice)

5) Post-Op Nurse Visit (1-3 days after surgery)

6) Surgery Follow Up (1 month after surgery)

7) Surgery Follow Up (2 to 3 months after surgery)

8) Surgery Follow Up (6 months after surgery)

9) Surgery Follow Up (1 year after surgery)

The visit order above is what most patients can expect. There may be some variation in number of follow ups following surgery for certain surgeries or patients. Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you.
